Shot with 1D MKIIn + 17-40 f/4L

I like the bottom half of the picture. Great lights and reflections, but I would crop it down to the top of the tallest arch on the bridge and lose all the black above it. I don't think it adds anything to the picture. Nice shot!

I agree. The extended black at the top of the picture should be removed as it add nothing to an otherwise excellent capture.

I also agree that the top half should be lost. Otherwise very very nice shot.
