I had plans for shooting a lot of night shots at Arches NP this time - but as things have a way of changing I have been surprised with a lot of great skies and storms that really add to the experience - here are a couple from last night
Landscape arch and Balancing Rock not their usual perspective - hope you enjoy

My husband helps with some good light painting - the clouds were flying

Very cool shots. Did you use a Big Stopper on the first one?

6D, G9, Sigma 50 1.4, Sigma 15mm Fisheye, Sigma 50 2.8 macro, Nikon 14-24G 2.8, Canon 16-35 2.8 II, Canon 24-105 f/4 IS, Canon 70-200 2.8 IS, tripod, lights, other stuff.

Irishman - that is a night shot -you can see some stars but clouds were just flying by - my husband was using our big flashlight to light the arch - a 15 sec exp at f2.8 iso 640
