Notice the pole from the park light off to the side, would an ND filter benefit these kind of long exposure shots?

I'm totally new to all this and any advice for correcting this in the future would greatly be appreciated.

All were shot in:

Manual Focus
ISO-1600
F2.8 (for the most part)
40mm
5 second exposure

And the annoying glow on her stomach and arms.

All an ND filter would do is lower the light level evenly across the frame, requiring even more exposure time. It would not change anything about the light. Finding a different location or angle is the only real option.

Also, these shots belong in the G&N forum, they are a little too risqué for the people forum...

Ack. I just saw the rules. I'll edit's them out and just use hyperlinks since I can't delete the entire post. Thanks.

It was just too cold out to play with settings.

I'd say that the only thing that will eliminate that stuff is some added lighting.

Thanks!

We got permission from the cops on duty, so nobody bothered us, but there were houses in view, and a flash or lights would have added attention.

I'll try not having ambient light overhead and/or moon shadows directly hitting next time.

Yeah, to avoid shadows you have to be on open even light. Given how low the ambient is its very difficult to see the offending shadows until you chimp in the camera.
