I just upgraded to a megga speed internet not DLS but faster than 56
Problem my monitor when looking at faces of people the faces are blotchy and the pixels are little blocks. How to fix this problem

Check to see if there is a setting for the amount it compresses or a way to download the actual photo after the compressed image appears. Doug
