I just upgraded to a megga speed internet not DLS but faster than 56
Problem my monitor when looking at faces of people the faces are blotchy and the pixels are little blocks. How to fix this problem

The speed of your internet connection would not affect the quality of the photo, only the time taken to download it. It sounds like you have another issue that appeared coincidentally.

There are some of these so called "hi-speed" dial-up connections that compress graphics to an extreme amount. Check to see if there is a setting for the amount it compresses or a way to download the actual photo after the compressed image appears.
