This is nice. I'd like to see just a little more contrast. Try playing with the channel mixer the darken the sky and bring out the contrasting white cloud.
I like your composition- position of the chains and bridge is good.

John, Great shot. The rocks in the lower left corner leave me with a bit of a black hole feeling. I mucked about trying to bring out a little of the detail there. I'm sure you can do a better overall but here it is.

Yes the rocks in the left hand corner have my eyes going to that spot......other than that i think it a good shot
