1DX, 24-70L at 24, f/2.8, ISO1000, 30sec, no filter, mirror lockup, with strong wind

Wonder, if I used 24 LII with f/1.4 will have better result or not?

Any suggestion of other brand f/1.4 Ultra Wide Lens?

At f/1.4 no. At 2.8 there are the Samyang, Rokinon and Bower brands which are supposed to be essentially the same lens that offers great quality at a good price point. Many members of this forum own these and have high praise for them. Do a google and/or Amazon search for more info. In a zoom lens the Tokina 11-16 f/2.8 is also widely regarded.
