Second, assuming that the pages of the book are white and not amber, it looks like your white balance is pretty far off. Joe

Takes away a lot of the crisp color and contrast that would be there. Decent shot as it stands, but maybe try taking it from a slightly lower perspective? Think that could be an interesting shot.

The alfa and omega are "halved" and so is the top banner. Also there is a slght tilt that should be straightened. Cannot say if the white balance is off as I do not know the scene, but it looks like it. If you shot RAW that wouldn't be much of a problem to correct it - and other wise shoot again with a custom white balance setting (based on a grey card or piece of white paper).
