So I was buying a new L lens, and I got suckered by the salesman into picking up the PIXMA Pro-100 printer, which will be "free" after rebate.

This thing is massive! But, I managed to find a place for it in my utility closet.

I was able to print a test print from Lightroom 5 (Mac) after installing all of the Canon software from the DVD. It printed beautifully, but not borderless (or even centered).

I'm now trying to print from LR5 a 13"x19", and well, I don't see any options in the Mac print dialog for borderless, 13x19 (the A3 is as close as I can find), etc.

What am I missing here? I looked to see if Canon had some extra printing specific software... I would have though LR5 could handle all of this directly.

EDIT: Ok I found 8x10 borderless options, but still no 13x19".

Well I found a solution... I installed the Canon Print Studio Pro plug-in for Lightroom. This has all of the Canon specific settings for paper sizes, quality, format, etc.

13x19 might also be listed as 'Super B'

While you have different Software and Hardware, this post might help guide you through setting up Custom Templates in Lightroom's Print Module.

With 9500II, Pro-1, Pro-100, no need for anything more than the latest Canon driver to print from LR5 on my MacBook.

Here's a Link (external link) that goes through the driver settings and provide explanations for them that should provide some insight. Also, it sounds like you may need to visit Canon's site and download the latest drivers.
