Your concern is appreciated. Nice to know that someone cares. :-)

I do care. I am a caring person. I'm a person who cares. I care about all people. And cats. Not all cats though. Just my cats.

I have always said that if I had been raised in the north, I would have found a job and moved south the day after high school graduation. I've been in the shadows of Houston all my life (so far) and it still ain't south enough.

We may see a comparatively balmy 25 degrees F Tuesday morning!

It's my life and I'll get pissed if I want to.

Updated forecast for tomorrow.... high of -10C (feels like -19C), and snow squalls. 10-15cm of snowfall expected. Only predicting 2 hours of sunlight all day.

Great day for a bike ride!

Saturday is going to be interesting. When we get snow squalls, they come in off of Lake Huron and they can be very intense. Can go from sunny to blinding whiteout in seconds.

The bike shop - Blackwell Cycle - is just off the lake, right next to the Howard Watson Nature Trail (former rail bed). When we go riding, we head down the trail to Blackwell Park, do a few laps around the hills there, then head down the trail and across to Wawanosh Wetlands. Do a lap or two around there, and head back along the trail. Or if anyone wants to cut it short, head out to Blackwell Sideroad and go back to the shop.

Blackwell Cycle shares the store space with Wawanosh Watercraft. Between them they cover biking, watercraft (canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, ect), skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, camping, and all related things.

Great lookin Forcast. Love the sunny prediction. Working on getting four feet of snow here in the last couple of days. Sun would be nice, don't have to shovel it.:-D
