Spent two hours looking at my contracts this afternoon. Have some decent sized places, and some tricky ones. My first trip out is going to be interesting trying to remember where all the curbs are.

Then they showed me where the tractor is parked. I've got quite the operation to use!

Brand new, leased unit. It has a 10' plow, with 3' wings. I can move quite a bit of snow with a 16' bite!

It feels really weird. Never met these people before and they just hand me a unit like this to use.

I have tractor envy.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

I have tractor terror! I've used tractors bigger than this, but mainly out in open fields. I'll be driving this through the city, maneuvering around buildings/fences/curbs/vehicles/dumpsters/gas meters, etc. Oh, and boats. Very expensive boats. My scariest contract is the yacht club.

Just checked the thermometer outside before calling it a night. -26C/-14F We're already two degrees lower than what was predicted.
And it's supposed to be +8C on Thursday.

Yea, you can keep that. We hit 65 today. Finally got the last of the leaves mulched up. It's still 56 out now. My kind of winter.

We're out of the deep freeze. 20f when I woke up, now it's up to 25. We're going to be in the 30's and one day in the 40's this week.

Almost. I'll take what I can get at this point. That sub-zero crud was getting very old.

We had highs in the lower 30's F last week. Today, it's 70 F. I'm about to mow the lawn to bag the neighbor's leaves... in shorts. ;-)a
