Anyone else ready for summer to be back?

Not a chance, haven't even had time to take much advantage of this great snowy winter as it is. Nice flower though, I do look forward to seeing them in another 4 months. :)

Says the guy headed to the Riviera Maya on Sunday. :p

I'm not ready for summer, but I wouldn't mind if it quit freezing at night and we got some rainfall. Only 1/10th of an inch of rain so far this month.

...and they just announced a Red Flag high fire danger warning. In all the years I've lived here, I don't *ever* recall that happening in January.

That's 1/10th of an inch more than we've had over here. :(

Same thing down here. Santa Ana winds and no rain...

CalFire has us running the fire protection speeder at the railroad museum and that's unheard of in January.

I'm in Northern Calif. like Tim, but farther south, I think. We had a so-called rain the other day. It amounted to almost nothing. This will be a drought year unless the pattern turns around soon.

That's the first thing that comes to mind when "banjo" comes up.

Now squeal like a pig.
