pumpkin carving night. Trying to git an idea of what to carve.

Biohazard or radioactivity logo? Might cut down on visitors, I guess.

I was going to make it something terrifying especially to a Texan so my first idea was to carve a mug shot of Hillary. Then my wife reminded me that kids are going to be coming to the door and it might be to terrifying for them so I changed it to congress. That's the next most scariest thing i know.

Throw in an IRS one and you'll have the parents rather frightened.

Tough shooting. Arcing power lines, flashing warning lights, little ambient light. Guess it is okay for what it is. ISO 8000.

Good capture for those conditions, Dan.

On another note - I wonder if we're ever going to end this Daylight Savings Time nonsense?

^ Very nice JJ.

We didn't carve pumpkins this year for the first time, or even put up decorations. Also didn't get any trick-or-treaters. Got lots of candy now.

Thanx, we got a few but definitely less than last year. I think that Halloween parties are the new thing. We could hear lots of parties in the hood.

My wife went across the street to our church's Trunk-or-treat party/dinner to help out. They estimated about 500 people showed up.

Halloween ain't the same as when we were kids, eh?

We were at a party in the City for Halloween. Our neighbor's daughter put on a big 60th birthday/Halloween masquerade party for her mother. Great fun walking in costume from our hotel to the party. Of course, in San Francisco on Halloween evening we didn't really stand out from the rest of the crowd. :-)
