We had snow last night. Sort of strange to see snow yet all the trees are still green. Color just starting. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Chet showed up to keep the place interesting More info | Nov 17, 2014 10:38 | #7464 Mel, maybe you can answer this. I have 20" wheels on my CX-9 with the best all season tires I could buy. The traction is non existent in snow, the abs and awd and traction control seem useless. I look it up and it's a common complaint with CX-9 owners. They recommend getting 18" wheels with Blizzak tires for winter use.

Blizzak's are available for 20" rims, but the smaller 18" is recommended by users. They're probably buying steel winter rims. Bigger rims mean bigger price, especially when you make the jump from 18" to 20". There shouldn't be any difference in handling between the two sizes. The extra bit of sidewall size shouldn't be noticeable in feel. Melody
