Is that an El Camino?

Yes, 1968. Complete re-build. Frame off - dipped, sealed. Upgraded suspension, disc brakes, 500hp LS1 with 6 speed auto.

No complaint here. I've been married for quite awhile now, so change is something I'm pretty used to. Most often it is for the best.:-)

I guess some people were just born to complain. The seem to have no concept of the work and dedication that Pekka put in to making this a success. Are there things that could be changed or improved? Sure, there are. Show me a product that is perfect!

Anti-changers love to complain but the complaints will die down in a couple days.

Can't wait this tie really itches, and I'll be able to take my pants off. It's hard not being Chet.

A few Christmas goodies we picked up in East Berlin, when there was an East Berlin.

we love the speed of verizon fios.

then to make the wifi speeds better, I bought an apple airport time capsule - we use that for the wifi and it acts as a wireless HD for backing up. then hooked up to that, we have the other external HDs so no more turning on/off/on/off or having to hook up cables to the laptop. everything is nicely wireless and the signal is super strong.

I have the Apple airport time capsule too and currently get about 35MB down and 6MB up. For what I do, that works just fine. Unfortunately, I'm on Comcast (out in the "sticks" here the only other option is 56kb AT&T) cable and they are insisting I upgrade my docsis 2 cable modem to one of their docsis 3 integrated modem/wifi units.

I'm very happy with the Apple wifi, so I'm wondering if there is some way to shut down, or ignore the Comcast integrated wifi and just use the new unit as a cable modem.

I wish we could get highspeed internet out here. We have very few options and they can get really expensive. When Bell reduced their service coverage we lost the signal and had to go looking for another company. Ended up with Rogers. We have their Rocket Hub. It uses a cellular network and has 4G capability. The hub itself is a router. It's not the fastest system, but it is portable. I can use it anywhere in Ontario that has their service coverage.

This is the speed I get with wifi on my phone.

This is the latest upgrade here. I don't feel too bad considering I live 10 miles outside the city.

I feel sad for you. I get 5.21 down and 3.51up on my cell phone. My high-speed net at home is on par with Wooly's.
