^ Umm, I already asked that. Have YOU been drinking this morning?
Edit: I see you already caught your foe-paw

I really started drinking in the Navy. Being a diver meant "work hard, play hard" and it carried over into my civilian life. I used to drink tequila, beer and really liked Irish whiskey. I actually quit completely and didn't drink for ten years. I started drinking beer again a couple of years ago. San Diego has a plethora of craft breweries and I've turned into a bit of a beer snob. With beer it seems the quality difference is huge. This is true of any booze. gjl711 wrote in post #17335733 Been workin' from 4:30 this morning. Gonna be a long day. Isn't 4:00 to 4:30 normal? I usually get up at 5:30, take a meeting or two from home and head into the office sometime around 8. Today I was at the office at 5:30. Still yawning. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Jill-of-all-Trades far from having everything figured out! More info | Dec 16, 2014 13:32 | #8020 I don't think I could survive on 5 hours sleep on a regular basis. All my life I have been a 7-8 hour minimum sleeper, any less than that and I don't function well. I can't nap either, if I try and nap for anything less than 3 or 4 hours I wake up worse off. 30-45 minutes of resting can help, but I don't fall asleep. Melody

LVMoose Moose gets blamed for everything. More info | Dec 16, 2014 13:36 | #8021 I worked 6pm-6am for 9 years, up until a few years ago. I got about four hours of sleep a day. I think it jacked up my nervous system. I have tremors now that I attribute to that. Really screws with my attempts to keep a camera still. Moose

More info | Dec 16, 2014 13:47 | #8025 I know it's possible to function with less sleep, and having kids is a good reason to have little sleep, but I know I don't do well without good sleep. A friend of mine is going through sleepless nights with her son right now. She also always needed a good, long night's sleep and now is suffering from poor sleep. Her daughter slept a lot better than her son is. Some people seem to manage quite well, others do not. Melody
