Just got the 1st white Chocolate Cheese cake in the oven. Of course my kid knocked over a glass bowl onto the ceramic tile in the midst and we had glass everywhere. Complete chaos trying to get the cheesecake in the oven with glass all over, keep the kid away as he was on a mission to finish a project he's building and wouldn't stay away. And dig the shop vac out.

That's the 1st, I have to make one more. Our family Christmas party is tomorrow. I stayed up till 1 working on a photoshop project for my uncle that my mom wanted me to do. And now I have to finish 3 different photo session projects, one due tomorrow. I have yet to get out Christmas shopping, time is moving way to fast this year. :(

You guys are being all productive and I've just been sitting at my computer being lazy, working on my second cup of coffee.

A lot has changed in my life in the last couple years but wow this last year seems like such a blur too me. We were decorating the tree last weekend and I was thinking it seems like we just did this.

I'm a tiny bit more productive, but not by much. Mucked out the barn stalls, walked up the hill to get the newspaper, and I'm on my third cup of coffee. :-D

Now that really sucks. One should never be too busy for coffee! :p

Well now I've broken a glass dish :-( Dropped it into the sink while I was washing it, so clean-up wasn't bad but it's still not a good thing.

Turkey #1 is stuffed and in the oven. Crockpot stuffing is on the go and making me hungry. Now to get the deep fryer set up and see if I bought enough oil to envelop a 15 lb turkey.

And I had to hurriedly dump the kitty outside before I would be facing the awful task of cleaning up a hairball. :-(

If we're talking about being productive, I just got back from administering a dozen or so amateur radio license examinations and now I'm about to leave again to run some errands, such as going to the bank, filling the truck up with gas and stopping by the local ham radio store to leave some club brochures. I might even buy something...

Speaking of cooking and frying, do any of you folks have a Air Fryer. We bought one a few months back and it's fantastic for frozen chips etc. Slowly been looking at what else we can cook in it.

First step in using the turkey fryer: Disable the safety features.

This thing has a 15 minute timer on it that will shut off the propane if you don't reset it. Forces a person to be right there with the thing. Safer that way I suppose, but it's rather inconvenient when a person has other things to do. Right now I have zip ties holding the button down. In the spring I want to use this thing to boil down sap, it will need to run for a few hours at a time.

All I did at the bank was deposit a check. I actually had a gift certificate for the store.

In my experience ham radio stores, like camera stores, are dangerous places for my wallet. :p

My certificate was for $25. I spent an additional $104...
