Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

Merry Christmas to All

Timphoto wrote in post #17349036 (external link)
I vaguely remember what it was like to work on Christmas Eve...somewhere in the distant past. :p :-D

I have never worked a Christmas Eve in my life, always took it off. From when I was a kid we have always done up the big family event on Christmas Eve, usually starting in early afternoon, with everyone leaving just after midnight last night. As usual a great time. Our table was fairly long, having to seat 25, but we did it. Still do the family gathering thing for a couple more days, but a few family members go do stuff with their spouses families today, though will still likely be back for the evening.

Indiana Jones is a Christmas movie right?

We did breakfast and presents at my sister's place this morning. Kids got lots and lots of stuff.
My aunt and cousins decided to not come for the day (2 hour drive each way). We do a name draw that includes them, so the people that they drew names for have to wait until they find a way to get them to us, and ours to them. So I don't know if Santa was good to me or not.

If Santa's bringing me a 5DIII I sure hope he's bringing me a few lenses to go with it, and a new computer to handle the files.

Awoke to the sound of gunfire this morning. Folks are out bunny hunting today and were after one that apparently lives in our brush pile, which is less than 100 m from my bedroom window.

We had a bunny problem when they tore up the field behind out house and my neighbor played Elmer Fudd shooting them. That stopped when he missed and put a hole in his pool. :)

We have so many bunnies around here that I could just sit on the deck and pick them off.

That's how it was with us as well. Than a family of red-tails moved in and within 2 months, the surplus bunny population was gone.

Are Red Tails any good at killing off gophers, voles and moles? If so, I could use a couple of them.
