The wind chill at Mount Mitchell is currently -33....I don't think I want to be at the summit of either of them.

We're at -15C, windchill of -24C. Apparently today was pretty nasty out on the roads. The highway was shut down at some point and visibility was non-existent.

Not that I really even notice. I haven't been out of the house in 6 days. Last Friday I went out to pick up my skis, deposit some checks, and pick up a few things. Within two hours I was completely exhausted and feeling sick again. I haven't wanted to leave since, but I have volleyball tomorrow night, so I'll have to leave the house for that. I still can't sleep very well and have very little energy.

That'll annoy my sister. She and the family are in Beaumont visiting Randy's family.

As much as I love volleyball it sounds like this is the last thing you need to be doing. Rest and recover.

It'll only be for an hour, and we're playing one of the weakest teams. I do need to get out and going soon, this will at least be in a warm environment. I know that as soon as my niece and nephew get back from Texas they will want to go skating and skiing.

Gotta love the 1 am wrong number phone calls. Twice.

At least I'm still awake for it, I've had lots of wrong number drunk calls at closing time.

Send some winter down out way, Jim. We could use the water. Right now it looks like we're staying in the same drought pattern as the past 3 years. Not a good thing.
