Not mean at all. Chet occasionally posts a video of himself singing--well, sort of singing--and in this video he has the same round face as the new little guy.

But maybe it's the fisheye lens.

PRONOUN ADVISORY: OhLook is a she. | A FEW CORRECT SPELLINGS: lens, aperture, amateur, hobbyist, per se, raccoon, whoa | Comments welcome

It may not even be worth fixing, but he isn't thrilled about taking a bus. I think he's pretty lucky to be living in a university community where it's free. Well, we do pay crazy tuition. . . .
Sure would be nice to have gear. I miss shooting even more when I can't. Do have the 6D /24-105L kit, but it may have to go, too.

Retired = Work really hard for no pay.. Got ya!! :):):)

Normally I don't work that hard for the museum, but Sunday was an emergency. We had a four car train derail out on the main line and it tore up a good 200 feet of track. We had to re-rail the locomotive (it was the only one that went on the ground,) realign and respike the 200 feet of track and get the train back to our yard five miles away. We got the locomotive rerailed on Sunday, but the work on the track wasn't completed until yesterday. There is still more work to be done on the track to get it back to running condition.

My normal job with the railroad museum is Newsletter Editor and I'm a brakeman as well. When something like this happens we all pitch in and help as much as we can. Even Heather was out there swinging a shovel.

"Retired" means you can do what you really want to do, not what brings in a basic paycheck. <snip>

Yep. In addition to the above, I'm also the President of an amateur radio club and the public information officer for the Amateur Radio Emergency Service in San Diego.
