If you have ever watched The Big Bang Theory or BBC's Sherlock, you'll get some good laughs for sure. While i was at Syracuse 2-3 feet would be nothing. 2-3 feet in NYC cripples the transportation system. Tough on a regular day but now factor in ICE on the rails? City comes to a stand still. 2-3 inches in the UK cripples some of the bigger cities, and most of the rail system -- don't know why we've never learned from the countries used to regular snow falls.
