So is it OCD or just caring for my gear?

My Canon lens touch up paint arrived yesterday and I spent an hour fixing all the paint chips on my well used 300 F2.8. Paint $12AU + $37 shipping from the USA  has probably added at least $500 to the value of the lens.

Just lovingly caring for your gear. I have touch-up paint for my toolbox, plus microfiber cleaning cloths, wax, and polishing spray.

How much you got left over?

I kinda want to paint my Sigma and Tamrons. Of course I'll need a little red, as well.

Big difference here... You can escape the snow when you've had your fill. Harm Can't...

Kinda hard to take off and fly when the airplanes and runways are buried under snow and ice. :-(

Guess you've gotta get outa town in advance of the storm.

I can't wait for someone to invent teleporters.

teleporters would be nice! Beam me somewhere warm!!

Right now the snow piles are about 7ft tall, and running out of space to put snow!! I dug a trench out back about 4ft deep, so alexander can be "hidden".

next issue is a storm on thurs, and sunday... and icicles. they are growing and getting thicker.

had to take the screens off the top floor window and whack off the larger icicles with the crowbar...

wife and alexander were supposed to go to Ft Myers on the monday of the blizzard last week - that was proactively cancelled. so they suggested this monday that just passed by, which happened to be this large storm too... good job we had rebooked them for the end of feb!
