Or May, or June, or......... :)

Mom always told us about the time Three Hills had snow in July.

About 25 years ago, we had a massive snow storm on June (I think) 21, which knocked out power to much of Southern Alberta, and hobbled repair efforts due to the deep heavy snow. Lots of metal transmission towers were down. I was working in the power industry then, and logged lots of long hours for a week or so.

Getting back into? I would have been in shorts and flip flops 20 degrees ago.

I'll probably rock shorts and a flannel or fleece jacket the first day that its over 50 here. We had a lovely afternoon getting into the low 30s but it was 4 with a wind chill of -6 when I left the house this morning. I'm tired of this crap.

Nice.

Yea, it's been a wet start to the year but we are still so far behind. Went hiking yesterday and some of the trails we use to walk are now getting soggy. Lake is still at only 70% capacity but that's way better than it was in December. It's come up over a foot since then.
