Hey ya everyone, I am still hanging around but have had a catastrophic life event recently. Figured I needed to check in.

Will I be run out if I mention I dislike maple syrup?  :p

Uh oh, hope everything is working out.

Nah, you're safe. My own sister hates everything maple, despite the fact that her kids absolutely love it! My niece won't eat any sauce or ketchup or mustard or the likes, but will drown pancakes in maple syrup.

Made some maple lollipops using my aebleskiver pan. A couple of the first ones weren't hot enough and are taffy instead of hard candy. But it's a start!
