Nah, you're safe. My own sister hates everything maple, despite the fact that her kids absolutely love it! My niece won't eat any sauce or ketchup or mustard or the likes, but will drown pancakes in maple syrup.

Eventually it will be.

Just finished another 2 1/2 pints of syrup. Used about another pint to boil down into candy.

You sure you can't ship it any other way than by person? You are making me drool.

Made some maple lollipops using my aebleskiver pan. A couple of the first ones weren't hot enough and are taffy instead of hard candy. But it's a start!
