I've been doing my family archiving and have run into a few gems. This is a pic of my grandmother and grandfather circa 1920.

This is the beginning of the history. The Bicknell family name is derived from the name of the manor.

It certainly did for our family. :lol:

Most of my ancestors were farmers and later, windmill operators. My grandfather was a saddle maker. He was a tough old guy who always had a stinky cigar in his mouth.
