I know they've had some high turnover at different times, and had one guy not even show up for his first day. It's not even a factor in me wanting to go there. I need a full time job and I really want to get back into the trade. I know all but one of the guys in the shop. The shop foreman is a grouch, but I know to just stay out of his way. Melody
