Yum.. I make a really good jalapeno white sauce with just enough bite to keep you interested without burning your throat.

That's what I did with this sauce, my kiddos like it so hot it melts your face off but I just can't do it that hot.

Yea, I like it a bit on the hot side as well, my wife, not so much though since moving to Texas, her heat tolerance has definitely increased.

I had KFC for lunch. That's kinda like chicken.

One obvious problem of working in a small town is that the lunch options are limited. Munchies is across the road, they've got all the burgers and such, but aren't too quick. KFC is a few blocks down. Subway is on the other side of town. There's a few pizza places, but a slice that's been sitting for who knows how long is not all that appealing. The grocery store is an option, but time consuming. We only get 30 minutes for lunch. If I were to ever get around to cooking a proper dinner, I'd have leftovers to take.

We used to like KFC. Not so much anymore; my favorite thing to get there used to be chicken strips, baked Beans and coleslaw. They got rid of baked beans, and the size of their strips seems to have continually decreased. Buffalo Wild Wings has much bigger strips, and tasty sauce choices. KFC coleslaw still rocks, though.

I have a soft spot for KFC. It's not something I can eat all the time, that's for sure. But it's close and quick.

I LOVE wings!! But this area doesn't have too many options. Crabby Joe's has wings, but they're just ok. Norms has great wings, but it's a busy bar. There's a Buffalo Wild Wings nearby over in Michigan, but the exchange rate is killer right now!

My absolute favourite place for wings is Wacky Wings. But the nearest place is two hours away. Anytime I'm near a location, I head over and get my fill. They have a surprisingly large menu and they are simply the best wings you've ever had.

Dang. I'm hungry.
