Speaking of being inspected... I made my first visit ever to deratologist this morning. Had a couple things removed to be biopsied, and then he burned (froze) about 12-14 other spots. That crap stings. He also had a gaggle of med students looking me over and observing his work. Fun times.

Sounds like a great time! :S

A some point in the relative near future I'm going to have to take a trip to the doctor and have a spot or two looked at. I'm always on the lookout for anything suspicious, being that I'm a redhead, spend a ton of time outside, have been sunburned a whole lot, and have family history with cancer.
I also probably should be getting allergy tested, particularly to bee stings. That last sting that I got inside my mouth was pretty harsh to deal with, and definitely the worst reaction I've had.

Same here. Other than annual check-ups required by my employer, I haven't been to a doc in probably 5 years. I have issues that should be addressed, but I just keep putting them off.

I went to my family doc back in 2011. I got really sick and my employer required a doctors note. They were good enough to get me in right away. I had influenza. Was off work for two weeks. Since then I've only seen a doctor in the ER. I am not one to run to emerge for any little thing. I went three times for workplace injuries. Pry bar to the forehead - boss made me go that time. Pinched my finger really bad and needed to get it bled out and x-rayed. Shrapnel stuck under the skin on my head. I should have gone when I got stung by that bee, but I just didn't want too. I was in last year for influenza again. Couldn't get my fever under control and needed help.

Eye doctor is my next stop.

We used to like KFC. Not so much anymore; my favorite thing to get there used to be chicken strips, baked Beans and coleslaw. They got rid of baked beans, and the size of their strips seems to have continually decreased. Buffalo Wild Wings has much bigger strips, and tasty sauce choices. KFC coleslaw still rocks, though.

I used to like KFC until the meals from our local store started turning up half raw...

The newer car we bought 1 1/2 years ago was a 2004 with 200k, but a Toyota. The Cx9 is a 2007 with 100k, to me that's still a pup.

Of the three vehicles we have, my truck has the lowest mileage at 145,000...

A little while after I got home from work, I noticed our computer was on (but in sleep mode), so I asked my wife if she was still using it.

"Oh, I meant to say something; I was working on the bills and it looks like it started installing Windows 10."

Son of a...! I really wanted to make sure I had everything backed up before I tried that, and I wanted to do it on a weekend in case I had issues. And I know it wouldn't have begun the update unless my wife clicked on the offer when it popped up. Anyway, it had already started, so I went ahead and clicked my way through, with great trepidation. Seems most things are working okay; at least WiFi, my printer, LR5 (thank goodness), the Office programs, Avira (although I had to run an update), and the internet. Haven't tried everything yet, but I'm relieved that it seems to be running okay.

My conversion from Win 8.1 to Win 10 was flawless. Everything is working fine and the interface isn't all that different from Win 8.

We've been in having a ton of rain here lately. Inches worth. Everything is flooded and soaking wet. Normally, it's kinda annoying, but right now it's a blessing in disguise. Since March 17th, we've had 9 cases of arson. All abandoned barns/houses/etc. Last night alone there were 4 fires. So far they've all been abandoned buildings, but there's a big concern of what happens when this person gets bored with them and escalates. The Ontario Fire Marshal came today and met with a bunch of the fire chiefs to work on a plan. Out here, all the departments are volunteer. It's scary to think how bad these fires could be if it was the middle of summer when everything is dry.
