Here in central Iowa, the huge farm equipment uses the main roads to go from field to field. They are pretty much 2 lanes wide.

Yea, I've gotten stuck behind them on more than one occasion.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Thats a LOT of money going down the road....slowly. Fortunately the farms are close together so the trip behind the 2 story Monster Tractor is relatively short.

You want a farm equipment traffic jam?? I live next to the Wanstead Farmers Co-operative. When it's harvest season, there is a non-stop parade of tractors and wagons, and transport trucks coming and going. Nowadays it's not as bad as it used to be. The co-op has expanded significantly and greatly increased their unloading capacity. We used to have lineups that were half a mile long in either direction. There is only one weigh scale so everyone has to enter and exit through the same spot. One side of the road would be lined with tractors waiting to unload, and the other side would be everyone heading out. We would have to turn into a field, drive along the headland, and into the back lot of the co-op. From there we could get around the tractors.

Nah, they all come to San Diego to escape the heat. The joke's on them this time. We're going into a heat wave; 90s and 100s over the weekend.

Well tonight's flick with start with Bill Murray's Rock The Kasbah

if it does not hold my interest, ... well I am open to suggestions...

I don't think I will be in a state of being to appreciate Bridge of Spies...
