Beautiful day! Sun is shining, temp is 77, low humidity. Just a perfect day to get out there with your gear and grab some amazing images of the world we live in. It's great to be alive!

It's currently 98 and not a cloud in the sky. Unfortunately I'm going to meet with my accountant.

Meeting with an accountant can be a good thing or a bad thing. Hope it's good in your case.

This one is actually good, my house should be sold July 28th... so I can get away from this place and all the memories.

On a different note my blood pressure has always been in the 110/80 range. I exercise daily, very active at work, and eat fairly decent but because of stress and life changes it's gone up a bit, the worst was 130/90. Last couple of months I've been having dizzy spells, hearing and vision being affected sporadically. I finally went in and my BP is 180/110, that's stroke range. Explains pretty much everything, so since my methods for reducing stress obviously have not been working I now get medication, at least until all my legal, financial, and IRS issues are taken care of... until then I'll try not to stroke out.

Sounds like positive progress and a health issue addressed. I hope everything goes well with the sale of your house as well as all your other items and you find yourself relaxing someplace you really want to be, and put all of it behind you.

That's some scary numbers! Glad you didn't ignore it.

We've had a couple of nice weather days now. Temp in the 70's, fairly low humidity, sunny. Yesterday was a very nice day for working, I didn't sweat at all. I was finally feeling good, not 100%, but much better than I had been. Then, after work, I spent the evening helping run a paintball event for the church's high school youth group. We spent a couple of hours running around in the bush, then did campfire, hotdogs, and such. I felt great. Definitely tired by the end, but I expected that.
I got home at 11 pm and went to bed. Then spent a large part of the night awake with muscle cramps. Really, really bad leg cramps. I had a horrible time trying to get going this morning. And then today I've been right back to where I was. Exhausted, hungry, sore stomach, thirsty, headache, etc. Everything but hot.
I'm so sick of drinking water. I don't like water to begin with, and I've drank so much of it. I'm thirsty, but it does nothing for it. I normally would drink Gatorade instead, but it's not been sitting well.

Bummer. Leg cramps bite!

We are in Western PA for 10 days. 90's with high humidity. Blah.

Melody, electrolyte imbalance can cause muscle cramps. If you're cramping in the heat, you need salt. This comes from my husband's experiences in the Navy. Salt-tablet dispensers were provided on the ship for people working in hot conditions (engine room and tropical environments). Even though it wasn't hot today, you recently had a strong reaction to heat, you've been physically active, and your internal chemicals may not be back to normal.

Tired of water? Sparkling water may be easier to get down. It tastes cleaner somehow.

When I'm working outside in the heat, I can chug Propel much easier than water for some reason. And if I feel the need for salt, I'll eat a few green olives at the same time. I really crave those two things when I'm sweating heavily.

To be on the safe side you may want to check if you are in early stages of Diabetes.

+1 on this. Except the sparkling water. It just tastes flat to me.

I can chug the blue mountain berry blast powerade on the hot days. Too much water irritates my stomach.

I have a real problem drinking plain water. For some reason it makes me real nauseous. Lately I have been drinking water spiked with grapefruit juice. It's a good substitute for soda.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.
