I have a real problem drinking plain water. For some reason it makes me real nauseous. Lately I have been drinking water spiked with grapefruit juice. It's a good substitute for soda.

That actually sounds good. Might give that a try.

I love water. I drink, on average, about 2 gallons a day.

Just in case anyone's in the market for a nice 20-120; you can get a Fujinon from B&H for $18k and change. I may get two so I can have a spare.

It is and it doesn't take a lot of juice to flavor the water. Actually, too much makes it bitter.

I'm waiting for the Mark II. It's supposed to have better bokeh.

I sort of figured it would be trial and error to get just the right taste.

I assume everyone here knows that drinking too much water can be fatal, right?

I'm aware of it. My water intake averages about 1 gallon per day, over maybe 12 hours. I think you have to be in the 5 gallons per day to start seeing the negative effects? I know people have died though.

Five gallons? I don't know. The safe amount of water varies with your body size and what else you're getting (e.g., salt, potassium) and other things.

Breathing it doesn't usually end well, either.

I believe at this juncture, it is better to say nothing rather than to say anything at all.
