We don't water our lawn. When the weather dries out, we simply stop cutting the lawn. If it turns brown, who cares, it'll turn green again as soon as it rains. We'll water the veggies and select flowers. Dad put out the sprinkler to water the zucchini plants tonight. We've had some rain, but not near enough to keep them going. The ones I planted from seeds are now starting to produce, so they need lots of water.

I only have two more days of work. Tonight I made a whole bunch of zucchini chocolate chip muffins to take in tomorrow. Made 6X the recipe. If they go over well, I may not have any to take home. They usually are quite well loved, so I expect them to disappear.

According to the BBC News website, Scotland will be reverting to the style adopted before the 1980's ........ might need to visit home soon

I'm not sure what to say about that. So I'll hold my tongue.
