Helen,

I ordered a lens from Adorama on the 19th. on the morning of the 20th I realized I ordered the wrong lens and e-mailed customer service to please cancel the order. unfortunately they are closed for the holiday. today I see my card was charged. If my order has been shipped should I refuse it when it arrives or accept it and then just send it back

thanks

Bill

Bill,

Helen's email address is helen@adorama.com (external link)

Not a big deal whatsoever, but that might more appropriate then a thread about your specific order. Also, Helen is great at attending to threads on POTN, but she checks her email even more often so that might get you a quicker response.

Cheers,
Bryan

Indeed they are; it is far more effective and efficient for me to keep all my communications in a single in box!
