70-200 f4L IS vs Panny's 35-100 f2.8 OIS?

i currently own the f4L IS. while i think that the IQ is superb, the size (not weight) leaves much to be desired.

does anyone have both of these lens ( i'm using a e-pl5 body on the m43 side) and can testify whether they are pretty much equal in IQ? what will i be missing out on if i sell my f4L IS and get the small 35-100 for use instead?
