They are all the same lens, buy the cheapest one. I have the non DG version and couldnt be happier. This lens rocks and is on par with the non-IS canon L. If you have lots of extra doe get the canon 70-200 2.8 IS L, if not the sigma is great in every way.

60D, Canon 18-135 IS, Sigma 10-20 hsm, 24-70 2.8 hsm, 70-200 2.8 hsm, 430EX II, and all the other stuff that goes along with it.

I've noticed that too sometimes and I just assume to get the cheapest one.

Thanks for the replies. I'm gonna get the cheapest one.

It's a shame they are so confusing in the way they list these things....

Thanks again..

I glanced through the links and it looks like the second one doesn't have 'APO' acronym (no clue what it is). One and three seem to be identical. If the 1st and 3rd are the same, they must be from separate years and batches since their manufacturing part numbers are different. My suspicion is that the first one (the cheap one) is appearing with the price of "psjan" discount, but I would wait until tomorrow and call them up to be certain.

I think chancellor is on target re: the discount code. Notice that one is has the Jan '06 discount code and another has a dec '05 discount code. One listing may be the non-discounted offering.

I also agree that you will see $714 price if you search with "psjan" (on Page 5 of 13), but will get $789 if you search with "sigma 70-200". I'm going to get one by the way.;) Wife would not approve for Canon IS, but she said go ahead for this one.

Good choice! I ordered mine and it was shipped yesterday. There was another POTNer from Los Angeles who also just ordered. I guess we beat the deadline if it expires today. ;)
