About the SX280 HS Battery-Level Issue

I've had my SX280 HS (serial no. xxxxx00xxxxx) since April. I hadn't shot any video, but when all the talk surfaced about the low-battery icon flashing and the camera shutting off prematurely during video shooting, I installed the firmware update as a precaution. Yesterday, I shot 20 uninterrupted minutes of video without a problem. I don't know if I'm just lucky, but I thought I'd share this.
