I just downloaded DPP 3.13. When I run the installer it just tells me that DPP is already installed. I checked and the version number is still 3.11. I tried it twice, no luck. Running WIN7-64 on an HP System. Any ideas?

We on this forum are generally "clueless" when it comes to this kind of thing. We do try to help, but I'd suggest contacting Canon support as well! Tony

It has always just installed right over the previous version. I don't get it. Canon support may be the best idea. Dedicated APS-c shooter. DPP 3.11 does not appear to have UPDATE anywhere in the menu system. Dedicated APS-c shooter. Gripped 60D, 60 2.8, 10-22, 15-85, Σ70-200 OS and a big white something or other! Plus a 5D w/28-75.

DPP 3.11 is the latest version for the 60D. I got v3.13 from the 70D site. Maybe that is the problem. Could be, but that would be a really surprising change in policy. Every new version of DPP has always been back-compatible to older cameras. Elie / אלי

Perhaps there was a problem with 3.13 installer and it has just been re-published today. Good point. I looked at my DPP again and it is 3.13.0.1, a different version. Elie / אלי
