This is a 73 build Cobra (technically a vintage glider) & very rare in Oz. At our club an aerotow to 2000ft is $45 so it’s very cheap aviation. We operate from RAAF Richmond at the base of the mountains to the west of Sydney in the Hawkesbury valley which is a pretty place to fly around. Phil Cool, thats not bad at all. How long can you glide normally? +- conditions.

For it's age this thing is pretty slippery, That first flight was a 2000ft launch with no lift about as it was late in the day & I had a 22min flight. Hopefully this weekend the weather is good I get to do some thermaling in it. Cupra
