oh yeah, I do like the idea of long shutter speeds in water, but im the opposite about sports haha

In the second and third the key part of the subject in shadow as the sun is behind them. Barring some special reason otherwise (sihoutte, rim lighting) you want the sun falling on the front of the subject.

agree, the figures are too dark which leads to more interest in the background, this could be fixed in PP but would be best suited by picking a spot where the sun is better positioned.
