... you can be sure its a special couple.
Saturday my groom was one of Chicago's blues guitar greats.
The reception turned into a jam session.
Here he is singing to his new wife;

Thanks.
I had three speedlites (600EX-RT) on stands. One on either side of the stage. Camera left had yellow gel, camera right was red gel. The third was camera left and back to act as front fill. It had a 1/8 CTO.
Fired them in Gr mode, each with a specific FEC dialed in. Processing was in Lightroom heavy Clarity to give the gritty look. Seemed appropriate for a blues singer/guitarist.

love LOVE this image. As far as wedding photos go, this is a fav for me because of its uniqueness, because of the story it tells, because of the meaning behind what the groom is doing for his bride on their special day. this is terrific work.
