Is there any problem with revisiting a thread that hasn't been posted to for a few months?

I often see people point out how "old " a thread is, and I wonder why they do that, especially if the gear being discussed is still current, up-to-date gear.

Personally, I would love to see almost ALL of the threads here on POTN constantly posted to with new thoughts, views, and opinions, so that no threads would ever "just die".

"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

I've had very good luck with that 2x tc mk II and haven't seen any reason to upgrade.
