Some night shots

#1 feels like it is tilted to the right. I like the mood of the shot but it might be better if you could selectively darken the two bright lights and the areas around them.
#2 there is a strong tilt in the background buildings on the left, and I'd clone out McDonalds to improve the mood.
#3 clone out the modern pipes and I think it would be a better shot.

Are the color temperatures ok? Saturation too?

Photo 1: The best of the 3 imo. Some dodging/burning would help. Colors are fine.
Photo 2: I see what you're trying to do, and it's a good idea, but the composition doesn't work. A horizontal format might have been better, you'd have more space to balance the foreground and background.
Photo 3: Would have been better during daytime.

Color temp in all 3 looks too warm to me. Saturation is OK.

I like the WB & the feeling in #1, + it's nice that you have some tones in the sky, too. The wide angle lens has distorted it which makes it hard to know what to use for a standard when you try to "level" it. I'd use the domed structure at the center & let the rest go where it will, unless you have photoshop & want to correct the whole image.
