This was just announced a week ago and is almost 30% off MSRP. Good affordable (and non-subscription) alternative to the full blown Photoshop for us amateurs.

I've only ever used Corel and PSE. PSE does everything I need it to. It's great IMO.

Looks like Content Aware Move and Adobe Revel cloud features. (And honestly, Revel sucks really bad. I'm bitter about them killing the far superior Photoshop.com for Revel). Usually with PSE, I say skip 2-3 versions at a time (well I'm still on 6, so it looks like a good upgrade to me!:))

Yah...I think I'm gonna skip this one since I have 11. Although the content aware thing would be cool.

I use Photoshop CC and the Content Aware Tool is way cool. I use it a lot for cleaning up candid family photos. I've always heard that the PSE version was not as powerful but I have no personal knowledge of that. I have PSE 11 which I got for free as a bundle with another product but haven't really tried it since I have PS CC. Maybe someone can say if Content Aware Fill better in 12 than 11.

It looks like content aware technology is built into a couple of wizard type functions with PSE, but you don't get the full tool. Of course, as I said, I'm still on an old version so someone else will have to confirm.
