I'm generally happy to pay for content, but on CL it's 50 - $100 and as far as I can see there are no previews or reviews to help decide whether it's worth it or not.

Well, they broadcast it for free, then rebroadcast it almost immediately (often a couple of times) for people in other timezones, which means you can watch the whole thing.

It's worth it for the flagship courses. The rest is garbage IMO.

We have used CL videos and love them. Yes it cost some money but they are a good way to learn. I do try and get the free ones but pay for the ones I want. It's a good investment.

I check them out once a while. But I seem to leave feeling that some of the stuff are not worth the $. I've been visiting A Man to Fish lately. Lots of photography business insights. The podcasts are free! :D

yeah the early ones are well worth it I've been a little underwhelmed as of late

They're trading quality for quantity ATM, mostly.
