Always. Tilting to the side is not a deal breaker for female subjects at least, it can look "flirty" or "coquettish", whatever. Tilting the head BACK even slightly, is a deal breaker for me though. Why? Because we end up seeing more of the nostrils than we should, and more importantly, the eyes don't open as wide as they should. Even a slight amount of tilting the head back will cause those things to happen, so watch for it. I see it here in every photo. Sue Cassidy
