The 6D has the builtin remote control from your Iphone..
Can this be used on the 5D mk3, I do understand that I might have to buy a receiver or something like that.. Please advise.. Thanks

Haven't done it with any 5D Mark III, but my 7D supports it, when equipped with the WFT-E5B network grip. The 1DX supports it out of the box, but via cable only. It takes a WFT-E6B to give that the wireless functionality. Anders
