Everything about the composition is very nice until you get to the issue of the lighthouse growing out of the roof. If I remember correctly, that structure is a retreat for some catholic order. Your placement of the foreground rocks saves the composition. Without that it would be a total loss. If it were possible to get the lighthouse off more to one side of center, that would help, but then you wouldn't have the rocks.

The lighting, color balance and exposure all look very good.

It's a great picture, but may not make it into a work of art.

Looks like it was a day with poor lighting. As Robert said, it is well composed. You have excellent use of the rule of thirds (bottom third is ocean & rock, middle third is beach and grass, top third is the inn & sky). However, I think strong side lighting would bring this shot to life. Unfortunatly, it really doesn't have any right now. This is a great subject. If you get the chance, shoot it again from other viewpoints at sunset.

My recollection is that the camera is pointing West in this shot, so it's going to have to be a sunrise or morning shot to get better lighting.
