Invalid file?

Anyone who how I can make a photo in my Smugmug account upload here?
I think this is the URL, but it's an 'invalid file" when I try to upload it.

The link you posted is to the smugmug site that displays your photo -- not to the photo.

Select the size you want to view then right click -> properties - copy the http stuff and insert it in the image...

OK, I see the http stuff. How do I inert it into the image?

Click the image icon (the one that kind of looks like a mountain with a moon/sun) and paste your http info into that pop up.
