Nice pics but what lens did you use for the first posting. I don't normally worry too much about bokeh but to me that looks just plain ugly.

Really? I thought the bokeh looked pretty cool. Different tastes I suppose. 50mm f/1.4 lens was used.

I think it's the HDR causing the effect, rather than the lens or its properties.
