5d mrk2 and 70-200f2.8??

hi all
what in your opinion would a great price for a used 5d mrk2 with 70-200f2.8 is 2 both in boxes and all manuals,around 8k shutter count,i have a line on one,i know its much more than i need but if price is right i may do it,thanx for any help and suggestions

Is it the 70-200 2.8 IS version or the non-IS version?

thanx thats very close to what i am offering,ill see how things go today,thanx for replies,its a is-2 like i mentioned in first post.

I think a 'good' buy would be under 3000 for the pair. 3200-3300 is really the average to high end of the used prices I would think. I've seen the lens go for as low as $1800 and 5d2's all the time for $1200 to $1300.

thanx for the replies,im haggling about 3k.so 18 is pretty decent for this lens?i come from a small town in canada and i dont see them often so i always perk up when i see one,i missed on for 17 a few months ago.i just bought my f4 and i like it but the is noise drives me crazy,makes me feel its cheap,i woldnt have bought it if i knew they were that noisy,i thought i could get used to it but its awful.
